We want you to love your Pokémon apparel as much as a Pikachu loves Berries, but if your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all clothing remains unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Trainer Account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your items and place them in the original packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included inside to help our team identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
